BUSINESS ACUMEN AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE TRAINING

Malawi School of Government (MSG) staff are taking part in a Business Acumen and Operational Excellence training at Amaryllis Hotel. The program is designed to strengthen the capacity of staff involved in training, research, consultancy, and hire of facilities — empowering them to become professional trainers, business developers, revenue enablers, and champions of service excellence.

The sessions are being facilitated by Sarah Richson, CEO of Richemele International Consulting (Kenya), who is sharing valuable insights on business acumen, strategic partnerships, ecosystem building, and how MSG can leverage networks for greater scale, visibility, and impact.
